As you enter BodyArt fitness, you catch yourself thinking that everything here is made with concern for women.
First of all, the place is filled with friendly atmosphere. It is totally unlike those posh gyms where body builder type guys usually train.
The second thing your eye catches is the locker rooms. Now you know why school PE classes didn’t feet like attending. If we had such lockers, large mirrors and good lighting in the changing rooms, we wouldn’t skip our PE classes.
As you move through the gym, you see fully equipped gym space divided into logical and functional zones. The scape is packed with American StarTrac machines. It is not only the name that brings to mind the famous Star Trek space opera, but also special cosmic lighting (which brings out the best of your body shape, by the way).
Group classes deserve highlight.
A variety of workouts are conducted in four halls, seven days per week.
The club offers both traditional fitness trainings such as Pilates, step and callanetic, and new trends – jumping, sky yoga, body-ballet and Muay-Thai which gains more popularity among ladies.
Specially designed “Body Revolution” fitness marathons, a six-week training programme that transforms female body, are also very popular.
After a good workout, you can treat yourself with a relaxing massage or a manicure at the Le Blanc beauty salon which is located right in the club.
You set a goal and we ensure you get the result – this is the philosophy of BodyArt fitness and it fits well with us, girls.
