The routine combines cardio and strength exercises. All exercises are performed on special round trampolines with handle bars. This helps to relieve lower back tightness and stress to joints, and keep high exercise intensity.
The routine includes four parts (with alternating types of exercises):
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Prepares body for further training
Up to 30 min in total
Up to 25 min in total
Cool down (up to 10 min)
To stretch and relax muscles
