Go Go is today’s popular club dance which is also incredibly sexy. It will help you shed inhibitions, start loving your body, develop flexible body, as well as shape up your legs and waistline.

Hip-Hop. This class combines a variety of street dance styles, acrobatic moves. You will learn to better coordinate your movements, improve stamina and get stronger, as well as it’s a great way to express yourself.

Latina Solo. Solo dance class based on a variety of Latin American dances.

Pop Latina. Aerobics training workout based on energetic Latin American dance.

PortDeBras. Dance class which includes elements of classic choreography and fitness.

Ragga, or Ragga Jam. Jamaican social dance called Reggae Dancehall lies in the core of this dance complex. It helps keep your body in good shape.

Strip Plastica – Strip dance and Sexy R’N’B-based workouts. This is an erotic dance which fusions with serious arm, chest and abs work. Particular attention is paid to gait, posture and flexibility.

Zumba – one of our latest fitness programs which blends different dance moves, mainly Latin American, and aerobics. They are perfect for strengthening your cardiovascular system, increasing endurance and working out all muscle groups.
