Port De Bras teaches to smooth and well-balanced moves, develops concentration and a sense of balance, improves mood, and boosts self-confidence.
Port De Bras is similar to a dance: one exercise flows into another with all moves performed smoothly.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Prepares body for further training
Standing exercises (up to 30 min)
The first part of the training sessions features basic exercises: squats, plies, crunches and others
Lying down exercises (up to 10 min)
The second part of the sessions targets back muscles and abs. This set of exercises is stretching-based and replaces final cool down exercises
