Training routine
Functional training ensures your body is built gradually and harmoniously. The workout routine involves exercises that are chosen correctly: all movements used in a workout mimic person's everyday activities allowing to develop the primary movers and stabilizer muscles.
During exercises, all muscles are evenly loaded reducing the risk of injury to the minimum.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
The most active part of the session, which consists of aerobic, functional and strength exercises
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
