Training routine
"Arms, Shoulders, Abs, Back / Stretching” programme is both good as a separate workout and as an addition to the main routine. The program includes a set of exercises aimed to build well-shaped upper body and full body stretching exercises.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Various types of exercises targeting arms, shoulders, back, and abs, combined with stretching exercises
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Static stretching to relax body
