Training routine
The routine is totally focused on full body stress relief and tight muscles relaxation. The training is an effective set of well-balanced static exercises that improve flexibility and grace.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Exercises for smooth flexibility progress
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises for relaxation and recovery
