Training routine
The training consists of basic aerobic moves performed on a step platform and a series of isolated strength exercises targeting arms, shoulders and back.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
The most intense part of a workout that combines simple aerobic moves performed on a step platform and strength exercises using additional equipment
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
