Training routine
Step / ABS is a combination of basic step aerobics and core strength exercises. The workout is suitable for beginners and those who haven’t exercised for a while.
The workout consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It prepares the muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
The most active part of the workout. It consists of basic step aerobics movements
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to reduce post-workout muscle tension
