With this in mind, we are launching a new training programme in Mind & Body category – “Body. Reloaded” together with Natalia Ladynska.
The congery of flexibility and plasticity workouts and self-awareness exercises will help you reveal your ability and find the endless source of energy within your body!
Trial training will be held every Monday and Thursday starting July 17 as scheduled.
