Training routine
Yoga uses breathing techniques and various exercises to help improve health and happiness.
The workout also helps to significantly improve strength and stamina, as well as stretch all muscles and improve mobility of joints.
As in all kinds of yoga, the main focus is on senses, breathing, thoughts and emotions.
The class consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It prepares the body for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
Strength exercises and dynamic and static asanas
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Relaxation exercises to relieve tension
