Training routine
The routine is focused on the complex training of arms, shoulders, back and abs: weight loss, tone up and achieve well-defined yet not big muscles. A class includes body weight exercises, step exercises and additional weight exercises (with dumbbells or body bars).
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Various types of exercises targeting arms, shoulders, back, and abs
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Static stretching to relax body
