Training routine
Strip plastic develops skills every modern woman should have: sensuality, grace, self-confidence. The class will teach you perfect body control, unveil your sexuality and allurement.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up that prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 45 min)
Various dance moves are mastered starting with basic to advanced. Then they are stringed together into a piece of choreography
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Static stretching to relax body
