Training routine
Pilates workout that uses eze-stretch – soft resistance band cocoon-like “wrapping” a person allowing to feel every single move.
Stretch-eze is a complex workout that adapts easily to a person's needs: post-injury rehabilitation, regain flexibility, introduction to Pilates.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Eze-stretch band exercises
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises for relaxation and recovery
