Training routine
This training is for those who have some aerobics skills and to get to a new level of body control.
During training, basic aerobics exercises are blended with complex dance moves and pieces, choreography preparing and mastering techniques.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 7 min)
Prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 45 min)
Workout intensity Increases. Dance moves are mastered starting with basic to advanced. Then they are stringed together into a piece of choreography
Cool down (up to 7 min)
Normalises heart rate and breathing. Relieves muscle tension and fatigue
