Training routine
A type of aerobics where all exercises are performed on raised platform (also called: step platform, rarely – step). Its height is adjusted to the needs of the trainee and workout complexity changes as the participants' skills progress. Regular step aerobics workouts help you sleep better.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 5 min)
Prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 40 min)
It consists dance movements of moderate intensity and complexity
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Normalises heart rate and breathing. Simple stretch exercises to relieve muscle tension and fatigue
