Training routine
The routine comprises myofascial release technique to release stress from the entire body, and static exercises to improve muscle elasticity. The workout involves special equipment: foam rollers of different size and density, foam rollers for self massage, balls. The class teaches you to really feel and understand own body.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Cycling of muscle warm up exercises using a foam roller and stretching exercises
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises for relaxation and recovery. In fact, this is Shavasana
