Training routine
The routine cycles strength exercises to build a beautiful body and flowing asanas to relax the soul. The training helps to become more disciplined, focused and organized.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Strength training and relaxing asanas, breathing and mindfulness practices
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Relaxing exercises to relieve post-workout stress
