For those willing to have flexible body and beautiful posture
Complex training that fusions interval training, TABATA and CrossFit. Develops all human's basic motor skills: intermuscular coordination, strength and agility. Morning Intensive routine helps to lose weight and obtain a beautifully shaped body without building big muscles. The training involves additional equipment (dumbbells, aerobic pump sets, kettlebells, jump rope, plyometric boxes).
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Intensive warm up that prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 40 min)
The most intense part of the workout that blends aerobics, functional strength and EMOM or RTP strength exercises
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
