Training routine
Jumping / ABT is a high-intensity training using trampolines.
You’ll perform basic trampoline exercises and drive the heart rate up.
The workout accelerates metabolism and maximises fat burn, as well as strengthens and tones abs, glutes and legs.
The workout consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It prepares the body for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
High-energy training from easy to hard
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout muscle tension
