Training routine
Training consists of alternating intervals. The routine boosts endurance, speed, flexibility and strength, and improves the respiratory and the circulatory systems.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 5 min)
Prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 40 min)
The mix of simple aerobic exercises and strength exercise combos
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Relieves post-training muscle pain
