HIIT is an intense 30 minute workout combining strength and cardio exercises and alternating maximum, medium and moderate intensity levels. The main goal of HIIT is to maximise fat burn within a relatively short period of time.
The workout consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 5 minutes)
It prepares the body for the workout
Main part (up to 20 minutes)
Interval strength training from easy to hard
Cool down (up to 5 minute)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout muscle tension
