Training routine
Dance aerobics master class focuses on choreography, different dance styles and trends which are further stringed together into the final piece. The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 7 min)
Prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 40 min)
The tempo gradually increases and combinations become more complex
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Normalisation of heart rate and breathing rate, relieving of muscles tension and fatigue
