Training routine
The training is a mix of alternated simple physical exercises and martial arts techniques. Focus on practising powerful punches and strikes. During training, additional equipment is used (punch mitts, medicine balls, dumbbells, grips).
The trainer also explains martial arts techniques and provides biomechanical analysis of each movement.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Intense part of the workout that combines simple physical exercises and martial arts techniques
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
