Training routine
BUMS / TABS includes alternating of compound and isolation movements using body-bar, dumbbells, step platform. This makes the workout more effective and delivers results faster.
The class consists of 3 parts:
WARM UP (up to 10 minutes)
It will prepare muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
MAIN PART (up to 45 minutes)
It includes glutes and core exercises and also postural muscles and muscles stabilisers
COOL DOWN (up to 10 minutes)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout tension
