Training routine
During the training you will learn how to map out the fight tactics, master punches, defence, and improve fighting reflexes.
Strength training part of the routine is aimed at building strong core.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Learning basic boxing techniques
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
