Training routine
ABT is a strength workout for legs, glutes and core.
It consists of compound lower body exercises. All exercises are performed without functional training elements.
The class consists of 3 parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It will prepare muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
The most active part of the workout. It consists of compound exercises with equipment
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout tension
