Consultation and selection of a personal trainer

Before starting the program, we ask the participants to state their goals and preferences and select an individual trainer.

There will be 3 personal full-body workouts on the first week. This is strength training aimed at working out the main muscle groups. The lesson uses both strength equipment (for example, dumbbells, kettlebells, body bars) and your own body weight.
Additionally, we will provide nutrition recommendations, make initial measurements, and help you to create a personal schedule for attending group training sessions.
This week, it is recommended to attend a lymphatic drainage massage session, which is aimed at solving aesthetic problems in the thighs, buttocks and abdomen.

There will be 2 personal training sessions on the second week. The first training will be concentrated on strength of the legs muscles, buttocks and abdominal press with basic exercises. On the second workout, you will work out the muscles of the back and back of the arms.
Additionally, nutrition recommendations, control measurements, and group training sessions are planned.
This week it is recommended to attend an anti-cellulite massage session, which has a complex effect on the body, increases blood circulation and intracellular metabolism, and also stimulates the removal of toxins and destroys fibrous cell capsules. This helps to reduce weight and improve skin condition.
