Consultation and selection of a personal trainer

Before the start of the program we discuss your goals and preferences and help select a personal trainer. |

Introductory functional training
|
During the first session we determine individual features of the participant. In order to do that, we go through special fitness assessment exercises. Depending on the test results, trainer adjusts the program and intensity of exercise. |

From the second session we start strengthening core muscles and working all muscle groups and determine weak and strong muscle groups. |
