Those willing to add more load on upper body in one workout
Training includes 1) body weight exercises, 2) TRX exercises, 3) added weights for more upper body load. This mix allows to engage the whole body effectively and to add inner strength and beautiful muscle definition in a short time.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training.
Main part (up to 45 min)
Intense part of the workout that combines functional exercises using TRX suspension straps, body weight and additional equipment.
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress.
