TRX straps and additional equipment (resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells) prepare body to mastering martial arts techniques.
Each session includes specially designed sets of exercises to fit a particular person's fitness level and needs.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Intense part of the workout that combines functional exercises using TRX suspension straps, additional equipment, as well as martial arts techniques
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
