Training routine
Tabata is a high intensity interval workout. It targets all muscle groups, improves endurance and boosts metabolism. It includes exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, skipping ropes, TRX suspension trainers, rolls as well as body-weight strength exercises.
The workout consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It prepares the body for the workout
Main part (up to 40 minutes)
Various exercises from easier to harder
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to reduce post-workout muscle tension
