Training routine
The routine alternates strength exercises to increase endurance and exercises to improve full body mobility. Unconventional thing featured in this king of training is a hammock that helps prepare you body for more advanced yoga positions (such as, handstands and arm balances).
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Strength exercises and asanas that are performed in a special hammock
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Relaxing exercises to relieve post-workout stress
