Training routine
The training is aimed at improving flexibility, coordination and body mobility. During the training, stretching exercises are performed using a special hanging hammock. This reduces the load and helps prepare the body for tough strength training or performing yoga asanas (for example, handstands and arm balances).
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Stretching exercises that are performed in a special hammock
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Relaxing exercises to relieve post-workout stress
