A Sky Dragon is an exclusive program designed at BodyArt fitness. During the training you will master total body control, reveal your body's unlimited possibilities and develop flexibility and strength at a level that is impossible to achieve during any other workout.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Special exercises aimed at concurrent and well-balanced development of strength and flexibility using special hammock
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Relaxing exercises to relieve post-workout stress (Shavasana)
