Training routine
The routine alternates strength exercises and short breaks. All exercises are performed with own weight and the TRX loops. Training sessions engage the main muscle groups, core and stabilizer muscles.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
The most intense part of the session that includes TRX functional exercises. A certain number of pre-set alternating periods of highly intense exercises and short breaks
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
