Training routine
Interval Training is a strength training alternating resistance and cardio blocks of various durations.
The workout consists of simple, full-body cardio and strength exercises.
The workout consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It prepares the muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
The most active part of the workout targeting all muscle groups
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout muscle tension
