Training routine
Hip-hop is an expressive dance class with a philosophy of freedom in every movement. Training helps you to come out of your shell and get a beautiful and strong body.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up that prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 45 min)
Various dance moves are mastered starting with basic to advanced. Then they are stringed together into a piece of choreography
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Stretching to relax body
