Training routine
GOFLO is a new generation of suspension training designed to engage all muscle groups. It helps to improve endurance, speed up metabolism and lose weight fast.
The key feature of the GOFLO training kit is the resistance bungee bands. They either assist or, in contrast, provide the resistance during the exercise.
The workout consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It will prepare muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
Alternating cardio and strength exercises using bungees
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout muscle soreness
