Training routine
Training combines aerobic warm up and strength exercises. Stability ball is used during workouts. Load exerted on the back and spine is significantly reduced.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
The most intense part of the workout that combines aerobic, strength and functional training. Stability ball is used for all exercises
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
