Training routine
Dance Style is a mixture of different choreography styles: hip-hop, jazz-funk, contemp, modern. It helps improve dancing skills, posture and flexibility.
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It will prepare muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
Learning the choreography elements from easy to more complex movements. As a result, we create a small dance piece
