The class will teach you basic moves from most popular dance styles: hip-hop, jazz-funk, contemporary, modern. The Dance Mix helps you feel your body, develop a sense of rhythm and feel the energy of music.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up that prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 45 min)
Various dance moves are mastered starting with basic to advanced. Then they are stringed together into a piece of choreography
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Stretching to relax body
