Training routine
Classes take the best moves from classical ballet: correct body position, dance technique, flexibility and posture of professional ballerinas. Classes include stretching, pirouettes, pas, battements and other elements of classical choreography.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Learning various choreography moves from basic to advanced, resulting in a dance composition piece
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Stretching to relax body
