The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up that prepares muscles, joints and ligaments for the load
Main part (up to 45 min)
Learning various choreography moves from basic to advanced. Then they are stringed together into a piece of choreography
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Stretching to relax body
