Training routine
Abs and Stretch is an intense workout that helps to strengthen and stretch abs and back muscles. It includes dynamic and static exercises with and without equipment.
It consists of three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 minutes)
It will prepare muscles and cardio-vascular system for the workout
Main part (up to 45 minutes)
The most active part of the workout. It consists of functional movements and resistance exercises with equipment
Cool down (up to 10 minute)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout tension
