Pilates is a unique form of exercise developed in the early 20th century to assist rehabilitation after serious injuries. Therefore, all exercises are done in a smooth and without overloading: from simple to more complicated. Pilates improve the overall health, and shapes a beautiful and healthy body.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares body for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
Static exercises from simple to complex, with possible use of additional equipment
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
