Training routine
Beach-ready body is a multifunctional workout that engages all muscle groups. During the workout, each person's problem areas are addressed. Additional equipment is used.
The routine includes three parts:
Warm up (up to 10 min)
Warm up prepares muscles and the cardiovascular system for further training
Main part (up to 45 min)
The most intense part of the session that includes functional exercises and strength exercises using additional equipment
Cool down (up to 10 min)
Final exercises to relieve post-workout stress
