Believe in yourself

Now our bodies are transitioning from the autumn-winter to the spring-summer mode. Our foods change. Our body is re-adapting, which is a big stress for it. Yet, this is the perfect time for weight loss. This is the time when we have plenty of veggies and fruits that will help us achieving our goal.

Think about your diet

The first thing we need to do is to get our diet balanced. Eat little and often! Our diet shall be well-balanced with proteins, fats and carbs. What we need to do is properly plan their intake throughout the day.

Eat clean

Try eating cereals and vegetables in the morning. They will give you the energy you need. Add meat to your lunch. In the evening, try eating more protein-rich foods and vegetables. For snacks, go for nuts, cottage cheese or dried fruits. And drink plenty of water! If you stick to healthy eating plan from today, you will start losing excessive weight without gaining it back.

Add exercise

As we known, diet alone won’t get you far. Complementing your diet with some exercise will be a good decision. Do not neglect active lifestyle!
